The gaming world is buzzing with the new release of Cyberpunk 2077 from CD Projekt. The previous record for most concurrent users for a single player game on steam was held by Fallout 4 at almost 500,000 users. Only a week after it’s very hyped up release, Cyberpunk 2077 has completely shattered that record with over 1 Million users playing the game and another 1 Million watching it on Twitch.
That’s one astonishing feat to accomplish on launch week given that most titles are riddled with bugs at first. I generally tend to wait a week or two for patches to come out as this has been the norm in the gaming industry for a while now. Cyberpunk 2077 did release a day zero and a day one patch to fix some of the glaring bugs reported by players who got early access to the game.
That said, the game is extremely popular on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The game is currently available in single player mode only. However, a standalone multiplayer Cyberpunk 2077 release is scheduled for 2022 (exact date not announced yet) as reported by GamerRevolution.
Is Cyberpunk 2077 That Good?
Yes it certainly is! The characters in are very well written and developed. However the most important character in the game is Night city itself. Cyberpunk 2077 places players in an extremely immersive world of decision making and action filled missions.
Character creation and customization is a big part of Cyberpunk 2077. You start off by designing your character with extreme attention to detail. You can just select a preset if you’re lazy but you’re really missing out on a substantial part of the experience.
With over 40 hours worth of main missions and all the hype in the world, It’s no wonder the game is breaking records on steam and probably on other platforms as well.

What are the Required Specs to Run Cyberpunk 2077 on PC (Steam)?
CD Projekt lists the following requirements for PC’s to be able to operate the game. You have the option to run it with low quality graphics and effects if your PC isn’t up to it. However this is a game mainly built around the immersion aspect and vivid experience in it’s open world. Which is why it’s advised to at least have it run on High graphical settings.
